The following ghost video is of an investigation of Ashmore Estates in Illinois...
"Abandoned for years, the Almshouse shares tales of their former residents who refuse to
leave, keeping a watch eye over the owners and those who dare to venture in! This three
floor, massive building built in 1916 was established as the County Poor Farm, to help
those who had little or nothing. Those families resided there until 1956 when it turned into a
house for the mentally disabled. When it finally closed its doors for good in 1987, some
restless spirits chose to stay behind, calling Ashmore their home. These apparitions have
been seen walking through the building and captured on tape…allowing a chosen few a
glimpse into their past!!! As you open your ears and listen…..the walls truly speak!"
