"Taken at Athens Lunatic Asylum on Feb 22 2016. My son is a student at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. He took two pictures just seconds apart. Nothing appeared in the first photo. He says he did not notice anything unusual until he returned to his apartment and began looking through his photos. He sent this picture to me immediately after discovering it. Creepy."
