A female ghost is detected during an investigation and can be heard talking in the background as a ghost hunter asks questions.
The beeping would appear to be an EMF meter indicating a strong electromagnetic field, an energy, near the person's detector. (Which is why he is heard, in the video, questioning the ghost.)
