camera's flash setting is on a setting similar to, "Night Mode." Did ghostly or angelic energy cause this picture

"My mom took this picture of me when I came home from a dance. My friend and I think it looks really creepy.
I also got a Ouija board for my birthday. We've been doing it a lot lately, and we think it might be linked to it.
There is a spirit named, "Danny" who claims to be my guardian angel. Don't worry though, he is actually really
nice, and he says he is in the picture."
