Pirate Ghost Picture? Back to Ghost Pictures

"Photo was taken on 10/08/05 outside the St. Francis Inn in St. Augustine, Florida. My friends and I were on one
of St Augustine's famous "ghost tours". Our tour guide was telling the story about the St. Francis Inn, and that
sometime at the top window an apparition of a female can be captured on film. Therefore, I took the picture. The
top window yielded no results, but the window below has something interesting. To me it looks like the apparition
of a pirate. Other people seem to think it's a woman
wearing a hat with a flower on it. There was nobody in that window when I took the picture. The picture was
taken with a Fuji Finepix digital camera at approximately 9:30 on a crystal clear night."
