"Since I’ve moved into my condo 10 years ago, I’ve always felt that something was hanging around. There’s been things that have happened over the years, but lately, more and more is happening. Noises, my alarm clock started flashing like someone unplugged it (it wasn’t and no other clocks in the house were flashing, so we didn’t lose power either), the bathroom light turning on while I’m in the other room, getting locked out of the house, the alarm clock in the basement going off when it’s never set, a shadow of a man walk from the hallway into the bathroom (then out again), and my boyfriend the other night woke up to someone breathing over him. He reached over to make sure it wasn’t me and even checked our cat. It wasn’t either of us. Those are just a few things that have happened lately. We decided to get a Ouija Board and see if we could contact it (I don’t really believe that a Ouija Board you buy from Target is able to conjure the spirit world, but we decided to try it anyways). The first night nothing happened; the second night which was last night 10/27/10, we both heard a loud bang from one of the bedrooms when we started using the board. Then we both felt a presence around us. Still, nothing actually happened with the board; and we were not contacted, so we ended the session and went back to sitting on the couch watching TV. For the fun of it, I started taking pictures from my phone (Droid). There was nothing unusual until the one I am sending you guys. It makes no sense. In some areas, you can see right through the mist; and in other areas it’s completely solid. When I took the picture, I was sitting on the couch with my boyfriend to the right of me and our backs were to a wall. There is no smoke or wind. At first I thought there might be a thread or something on the lens, but the pictures taken seconds before and after don’t have the same squiggly mist in it. Is it a ghost, can it be debunked?"

While the bright white squiggly anomaly could be something right in front of the lens reflecting the flash (such as a curly hair or fine lint-like thread), we are not certain. Typically, hair is more translucent. If a fine thread was in one shot, chances are it would be in subsequent photos taken quickly after first noticing it. We are stumped. Your story tends to lend credence to the anomaly being some form of ghost manifestation. If the activity is picking up, the ghost wants to communicate. Mientras que el blanco brillante serpenteante anomalía podría ser algo bien en frente de la lente que refleja el flash (como un cabello rizado o hilo fino de pelusas similares), no estamos seguros.
