This ghost picture from the Netherlands has been circulating via the Internet and was sent to us recently by Janneke. We do not know the details of when or where it was taken, but think it is an incredible photo:

"I am sending you a picture which was taken in the Netherlands. The story goes that a child died in this building 24 years ago. Now, people notice things there, and nobody wants that place due to this picture. Maybe it is that child who wants to tell people something. I really do believe it is real; it circles around in quite a few e-mails."
