Ghostly Face Snapshot

Where did she come from? That's all Brad Chapman would like to know, and we have no idea how this lady's ghostly face appeared in his snapshot! Take a look and see if you know what happened...

"Wierd picture. Look at the right bottom corner. It's me Brad Chapman standing in the picture. I wasn't told or didn't hear my wife Tina tell me about this until recently we got to talking about strange things that have happened to me. This picture was taken (spring of 1993 in our first apartment I rented when we got married. Its been long enough now, all I can come up with for an address is North Conway Rd. It's an upstairs, two-bedroom apartment. I don't know the lady in the picture, and I don't get bothered easily. I've had lights flip on, and the TV switch through channels. Both me and my boy have heard the upstairs garage door slam, and it made me scratch my head. That stuff doesn't bother me. This pic I have no idea. Is it possible another woman's pic got developed onto ours? If so, why are her eyes shut?"
