Life Love Dream Angel Story

This story actually starts with a woman who I have known since we were children and who I love very much.

I was certain she was that "special one" who I would end up spending my life with. But then, she started dating another man and married him only a year after they began seeing each other. I was devastated! I became very angry with her; so much so, in fact, that I didn't want to see or speak to her again.

But then, one night, I dreamt that I was standing in a dark forest. In the dream, she appeared and said she missed me and wanted to be with me. I was still mad at her at that point, so I angrily replied, "But you don't love me! You got married to another man!"

At that point, she revealed that she was in fact an angel.

Then, light appeared from all around. The angel approached me and spoke to me like a mother comforting her child who is hurt, scared, etc. She said to me, "Everything will be okay. Just don't give up on her."

I woke up and I wasn't mad at that woman anymore. I knew I had been mad at her, I knew what my reasons were, and I knew those reasons were still there, but I just wasn't mad at her anymore. And while nothing else significant has happened yet I believe the angel was telling me that the future holds something for us and that it depends on me not staying mad at her. I'm just waiting to see what it is now.
