Angel Pictures: Grandmother Angel Picture

Tiffany sent this angel picture of light - is it her grandmother?

"This picture was taken of my husband and newborn son with a digital camera. We did not notice the 'ghostly' figure in the background until a few months later when we finally uploaded the pic. The picture was really fuzzy so we thought maybe it was the camera malfunctioning, but it appears to be a very clear outline of some being of sorts. My grandmother passed away a week or so before this pic was taken and we were living next door to her home, so I have often
wondered if it was her looking over my family."
