The above photo is part of a series of photos found on a camera owned by a man who died on this mountain. Are these the last images he saw? Rob Carlisle Davis III died August 14, 2006 when he slipped on the snow-covered south face of Mount Kenya in Africa, falling more than 1,000 feet. His digital camera was recovered and apparently he had taken pictures shortly before his fall. Does it depict an angel or figure emerging from the sky?
