This ghost video purportedly shows a moving orb or shadow ghost coming down the stairwell in the Shanley Hotel. It was filmed by N.E.S.I.Is it a real ghost?
You'll notice that the bannister's shadow never moves; and the movement of a shadow high on a wall is not likely paranormal but the investigator's flashlight and/or movement. But when the ghost investigator nears, a shadow ghost moves low to the left of the bannister at the bottom of the frame.
