John sent us this ghost picture taken of the outside of the Wood County Historical Museum.  It is also known as the Lunatic House...

"Look at the top right window.  There appears to be a face looking out at me.  I have used the program that came with my camera to 'enhance' the photo, which increased contrast.  No other altering was done. 
I can make out a face that appears to be wearing a hat, with a white button-down shirt, jacket, and a red spot at its neck, like a tie-clasp or pendant."
