Strange Arm Ghost

Tracey sent us this strange ghost picture of
an arm in the upper right of the photograph. We wonder if it is ghostly or
if somehow a double-exposure or lengthened exposure of some sort
occurred...
"This photo was taken by my
mother-in-law on 9-9-07...with a Samsung e350 camera phone. It
seems to
show an apparition's arm, hand and head to the right. Only the
subject was seen during the photo being taken, although many anomalous things
have been happening in her home...i.e. poltergeist type
phenomena."
