N.F. from California sent us this ghost picture showing a possible visible ghost.  What do you think?

"This picture was sent to me by my mom who lives in Orderville, Utah.  She was snapping some pics of her land with her camera, and after she looked through them, to her surprise there seems to be a figure walking.  She says there was not one person there except herself.  Her land is also private property. Before she took the pics, she had been telling me that very strange occurances have been happening in her home, like dishes being thrown, and cell phones scrolling on their own."
