Reception Ghost

Francis J. sent us this picture of a see-through woman at a
reception. Was it someone moving through that the camera
caught in motion, a lengthened-exposure, or a ghost? You
decide...
"...in the
background seems to be a see-through
someone that was present at a reception that was given at our
community center. It's
unfortunate that
the head of
the person was not captured. There were not any other apparitions appearing in any other
photos that day."
