Kate Broderick posted this ghost picture on the Angels & Ghosts Forum.  This is a great ghost picture, because it shows a lot of movement, though the camera is still.  Notice that the movement is not connected in any way with the window or doorway, as it is centered in the tunnel of this asylum:
